Hi I'm Gavin, Killie Striders founder and motivational leader. I've always enjoyed running be it on the track, road, cross country or just because it get's me from A to B that much quicker. For me running is a foundation on which many sports and forms of exercise are based and 'cracking' it opens up an abundance of exercising opportunities. It is the purest and simplest form of exercise, as everyone can do and has done it at some point in their lives. However for many people, these memories have faded and they now struggle with the demands it places on both body and mind. 'I can't run' and 'running is boring' are two of the most common phrases I hear.

At the Killie Striders we pride ourselves on fun, effective and motivational training aimed at helping our members achieve what they never thought possible and creating a 'can do' attitude.
